What is the difference between online and local web player?

Online web Player is connected to our Cloud solutions and streams 360° video with HLS protocol while the local web player plays content directly from your computer.

My video seems blurry in the online web player. How can I fix that?

The video quality depends on your internet speed. With a slow internet connection, you might get a lower resolution for your video. Note that the first few seconds of video playback are dedicated to estimate your bandwidth. During this very short period the player loads a mid-quality video by default.

Can I embed my project on my website?

Sure you can, using an iframe code provided by the Studio in the sharing options.

Does my online project work on any desktop browser?

The Web Player is compatible with recent versions of desktop web browsers that support the WebGL API. This includes the recent versions of the following browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari.

We recommend using the latest Desktop versions of Chrome or Firefox.

In non supported desktop browsers, the web player will display a message that asks to use a recent version of Chrome or Firefox.

What happens if I try to read the online project on a mobile browser?

You will be automatically redirected to the Wonda VR mobile app to launch the project. See documentation for further details.

Does the web player allow me to launch my project in VR on tethered HMDs like Oculus Rift or HTC Vive?

For the time being, you can only view your project in 360° using the mouse to explore sequences. These types of headsets should be supported in a next Wonda VR release.
